Obituary of Thomas A. Daniels

Thomas Anthony Daniels of Hopatcong, NJ passed away peacefully on April 11, 2020 at Pocono Medical Center in Stroudsburg, Pa. He was 82 years old. Thomas was born on November 8, 1937 in Orange, NJ to the late Thomas and the late Francis (Dibiasi) Daniels. Thomas was an exhibits specialist at Picatinny Arsenal where he worked for many years before retiring. He proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps and was a longtime resident of Hopatcong. Thomas enjoyed helping with Toys for Tots, watching old time war movies. Thomas is survived by his devoted children; Russell, Allen, Cheryl, Louis and Christopher, his cherished grandchildren; Crystal, Shaun, Danielle, Joshua, Michael, Nicole, Michael, Samantha & Emily, his brother Richard, his Aunt, Rita Dibiasi, many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. Out of an abundance of love and due to the restrictions of "social distancing" the family has chosen to hold Thomas's Services privately. Thomas will be buried at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery in East Hanover. All services are entrusted to and under the care of the Leber-Lakeside Funeral Home of Landing, NJ.
