Dear Trimble Family,
Jim was a familiar and loved figure around the 4-H Fair and our 4-H meetings but I only had a chance to really share some conversations with him a bit more this past year. I never knew about his life outside 4-H but it clearly was filled with people, places and things he loved and cherished. This must be a very tough time for you, especially in this covid19 situation, but know that many are thinking of you and will remember Jim for so many contributions of time and caring in the years to come. He withstood some tough health issues which would have brought down a lesser man much sooner - but he was like a well built tractor with a big heart and soul...and my heart goes out to you over his loss.

Sandy, Jamie, and Bill, I am so sorry to hear of Jim’s passing. I will always remember the fun times snowmobiling. Especially when we all rented “the sheds” at the Timberview in the early years. May your fond memories comfort you during this difficult time.
Love, Margaret

When I moved from Rockaway Drive to Rockaway Valley, Jim was my first friend. I was 10 years old. We hung out for years swimming in the brook, ice skating, building forts, and riding our mowers. His family took me on their vacations to Maine, PA, and Point Pleasant. I’m glad we reconnected recently on the phone. RIP my friend, you are in a better place. Cancer sucks! Mark

As I said to Brian, one of my best memories of Jim was a big laugh. I can actually still picture his face when he did laugh. He had a contagious personality that spread to anyone around him. Many Many memories over the 12 years I spent within his life. I will preserve his memory within Brian any moment I can. I know how much Brian adores him and how much Brian meant to him. Nothing like seeing a big badass guy melt from a grandkid. Miss you Jim.

Big Jim would always make our vintage rides/shows complete. He was a great story teller:) Lots of great memories! He was a guy who had a heart of gold, was always so generous, all wrapped up as a protector and no nonsense guy! He will be truly missed-much love, hugs and prayers to you and family Sandy.
