Obituary of Mary M. Farruggia

Mary M. (nee: Carrubba) Farruggia of Netcong passed away Thursday April 23, 2020 at Regency Grande Care Center, Dover. She was 89. Born on September 20, 1930 in Netcong to the late Egnazio and Frances Carrubba. She was a lifelong resident of Netcong. Prior to her retirement, she was employed with Howmet Corporation in Dover. Beloved wife of the late Charles Farruggia, Sr. Devoted mother of Charles Farruggia, Jr. and his wife Renee and Robert M. Farruggia. Loving grandmother of Charles J. Farruggia, Joseph M. Farruggia and his wife Suzannah, Sadie T. Farruggia and Sophia G. Farruggia. Great grandchild Eliana F. Farruggia. Dear sister of Rose Burtt. Also survived other family members Nancy Tullo, Jonathan Grayson and his wife YingZi and their children Leo and Miles. Out of an abundance of love and due to the restrictions of "Social Distancing" the family has chosen to hold Mary's services privately. Mary will be laid to rest with her husband in Stanhope Union Cemetery in Mt. Olive Township.
