My sincere condolences to Jim, their daughters and her family. Barb worked for Cigna/Qualcare for 12.8 years as a Technical Coach. We were her "work family" and she will be greatly missed.
Barb was a very dedicated technical coach, was able to handle complex work issues, and always willing to help out. Her personality would light up a room. She made a positive impact on all those she worked with. We will always keep her in our hearts and mind.
Rest in peace Barb.
