I went to DHS w/David and remember his quiet ways...a few years ago he contacted me and we went to the movies together, but always the morning shows, because we would get tired and shut our eyes and begin to nod off, an afternoon show was out of the question! Our occupations were similar in nature, so it made for interesting conversation. David had a gentle soft spoken manner that would engage anyone into a conversation of birds, law enforcement or the like. Not to mention he was "old school" gentleman and always conscious of feelings and interests of others. I will always have a lasting tenderness for this dear friend,and fondly remember him in so many impressive ways, RIP sweet man, you will be missed.
