I met Joe years ago in Netcong. He helped me out with my insurances. I was having a hard time paying my Life insurance at the time. I told him I couldn't pay a premium on the policy. I afterwards found out that the premium was already paid. I don't know what he did but he did it to help me out at the time. He was a kind caring person. May he be up in Heaven with our Lord. He deserves to be with him. I haven't seen him in years but from what I read in his obituary he was very socially active and kind. I just had to mention my experience with Joe. Good heart.
