I'm truly saddened by the loss of my dear friend of 35 years. Dave was more than just a friend...he was a mentor as well as brother for life. I will never forget our time at the horse shoe pits after a long day of slinging carpet. My heart goes out to his family as I know the the loss they feel far outweighs my own. Please find comfort in the fact that his life has left an undeniable presence that will remain with all who knew and loved david. Skol my friend.

I’m at a loss for words, which doesn’t happen often... I get that from you, Dad.
Today has been hard, to say the least, for our family and friends. I just wanted to say a quick thank you to all who were friends with Dad & who loved him... bc he loved you too!
The Fosse’s are navigating as best we can and appreciate all the love and support we have received from all of you.
Thank you again.. friends. And please continue with the pictures & sweet memories. It is making our hearts full to know how much he is loved & will be missed.

Shocked and heartbroken over the sudden loss of Dave Fosse. Dave was a dear friend to me for 50 years. He was a cherished friend to many who grew up in and near Marcella and Lake Telemark, NJ. He was always fun to be around. I felt like he was a big brother to me and others feel that way too because he was always there to help you with whatever he could. We kept in touch over the years even after we moved to Florida. We also shared our Norwegian - Viking pride. He always made a point to see us when we came back to NJ to visit. We will miss his smile, his laughter and his sense of humor. Our sincere condolences to Marsha, his children, grandson, sister, other family and friends.
