Obituary of Marguerite Ciepierski

Marguerite Jean Ciepierski, 87, of Wharton, NJ passed away, peacefully, on Sunday November 1, 2020 at St. Clare's Hospital, Dover Campus. Born in Manhattan, NY on February 9, 1933 to the late, Marguerite resided in Hackettstown prior to moving to Wharton one and a half years ago. Marguerite was known for her generous spirit and big heart which was reflected in her efforts to raise several foster children in addition to her own. She was predeceased by her husband, Eugene in 1981 and her son, Bruce Ciepierski. Survivors include her children, Susan Martini (Wally) and Brian Ciepierski (Julie), daughter in law, Liza Ciepierski, foster children, Patrick Flynn, Lisa Bollerman and Anthony Ippolito (Karen), grandchildren, Mark Martini, Brittany Martini, Ryan Martini, Alexa Ciepierski and Olivia Ciepierski, great grandchildren, Makayla Stewart and Callan Ciepierski and a brother, Sammy Bertone. Marguerite's Life Celebration will include visiting on Wednesday November 4, 2020 from 9:00 – 11:00 AM at Leber-Lakeside Funeral Home, 150 Landing Road, Landing, NJ. Marguerite will be laid to rest at Union Cemetery Mausoleum in Hackettstown immediately following visiting. For memorial donations, please consider St. Jude Children's Hospital at www.stjude.org.
