Obituary of Joanne Guerra

Joanne Guerra, 83, of the Landing section of Roxbury Township passed away peacefully on Tuesday January 26, 2021 at home surrounded by her loving family. Born in Dover, NJ, on July 31, 1937 to the late Harold and Marguerite (Rogers) Burnside, Joanne has resided in Roxbury Township for many years. Joanne was a homemaker. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother whose greatest joy was spending time with her family. In addition to her parents, Joanne was predeceased by her husband Samuel "Hank" in 2015 and two brothers Robert and Harold Burnside. Survivors include her children Kim LaManna and Richard Guerra, two grandchildren Nicolette and Anthony Guerra and one great grandson Luca Guerra. Joanne's Life Celebration will include visiting on Saturday January 30, 2021 from 8:30 – 10:00 AM at Leber-Lakeside Funeral Home, 150 Landing Road, Landing, NJ 07850. A prayer service will be offered at 10:00 AM at the funeral home. Joanne will be laid to rest at Restland Memorial Park Mausoleum, 77 DeForest Avenue, East Hanover, NJ.
