Obituary of Irene Calabrese

Irene Calabrese of Hopatcong, NJ passed away suddenly on Saturday, January 30, 2021 at home. She was 53 years old. Irene was born on September 20, 1967 in Brooklyn, NY to Grace (Moffitt) and the late Joseph Calabrese. Irene was employed as a legal secretary for many years. She was very artistic and enjoyed art but most importantly, Irene loved spending time with her cherished family and many dear friends. Irene is survived by her daughter, Jessie Brown, her, mother, Grace Calabrese, her siblings, Cathy (Henry), Joe (Ann Marie), Albert (Nicola), John (Cheryl), Robert (Sherri), Peter (Eileen), Grace, Frank (Glory) and Mary and too many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends to mention. She was pre-deceased by her father, Joseph Calabrese. Out of an abundance of love and due to the restrictions of "social distancing" the family has prudently chosen to hold Irene's services privately.
