Obituary of Jose Luis Sotelo

Jose Luis Sotelo of Landing, NJ passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 3, 2021 at Pine Acres Nursing Facility in Madison, NJ surrounded by his loving family. He was 90 years old. Jose was born on January 1, 1931 in Treinta Y Tres, Uruguay to the late Pedro and the late Dominga (Quintela) Sotelo. Jose was a carpenter by trade and will always be remembered as a devoted husband, father and grandfather. He enjoyed soccer and boxing but most importantly, Jose loved spending time with his cherished family and dear friends. Jose is survived by his beloved wife, Norma, his daughter, Virginia L. Sotelo & her husband, Jose Miranda and his cherished grandchildren, Simmone and Juliette. Jose's Life Celebration will include a memorial service to be announced by the family in the future. All funeral services are under the direction of and entrusted to the Leber-Lakeside Funeral Home.
