Obituary of Frances M. Pastore

Frances M. Pastore, 84, of Hopatcong passed away on Wednesday March 10, 2021 at Merry Heart Care Center in Succasunna, NJ. Born on March 10, 1937 to the late Joseph and Josephine (Carbone) Tuzio in Brooklyn, NY, Frances resided there prior to moving to Hopatcong in 1973. She worked as a Legal Secretary for Legal Aid in Morristown prior to retirement. Frances was a parishioner of St. Jude RC Church in Hopatcong and a member of the Hopatcong Seniors. She loved to go on cruises. Frances was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother whose greatest joy was spending time with her family, whom she loved unconditionally. Survivors include her husband of 64 years, Anthony, children James Pastore, Jeannie Blohm (partner Glenn Baunach), Frances Crouch (husband Joe) and Toni Joy Pastore, grandchildren Jena Collins (husband Chris), Brittany Gathen (husband Ricky), Nick Pastore (fiancé Ali Trethaway), Taylor Pastore, Joseph Crouch (wife Heather), Brian Crouch (fiance' Brittany), Christopher Crouch and Isabella Crouch, great grandchildren Christian Collins, Joseph Crouch and Evan Gathen and Aunt Millie Nardi. Also surviving are her sisters in law, brothers in law, nieces and nephews. Frances' Life Celebration will include visiting on Sunday March 14, 2021 from 2-6 PM at Leber-Lakeside Funeral Home, 150 Landing Road, Landing, NJ 07850. A Funeral Mass will be offered on Monday March 15, 2021 at 10:00 AM at St. Jude RC Church, 40 Maxim Drive, Hopatcong, NJ. Frances will be laid to rest at Union Cemetery in Hackettstown.
