Obituary of Anthony "Tony" Moretti

Anthony "Tony" Moretti of Hopatcong, NJ passed away peacefully on Monday, March 22, 2021 at home surrounded by his loving family. He was 62 years old. Tony was born on November 6, 1958 in Dover, NJ to the late Rocco and the late Marie (Roefaro) Moretti. Anthony was the top car salesman at a number of Auto Sales locations over his long and successful career. Customers followed "Tony" throughout his career for honesty, personal dedication and his comforting mannerisms. Anthony loved the Yankees, the Beatles and all things baseball. Above all he enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his cherished grandkids. Anthony is survived by his beloved wife of 42 years, Dina Moretti, his sons, Anthony (Tony) Moretti, Mark Moretti and Michael Moretti, his wife Cassandra and their Children Alyssa, Austin and Aayden, his daughters, Lisa Daly, her husband Gregory and their children Brielle, Brady, Kinley, Kaia and Ryker and Jenna Scarpone, her husband Dylan, and their children Ariana, Adelynn, and Axson. Additional survivors include his siblings, Vincent, John, Fran, Ann, Lorraine, Linda, Ginny, Cathy and the late Joseph & Eleanor and many cousins, nieces, nephews and many friends. Anthony's Life Celebration will be held privately at this time however, the family is planning a public Life Celebration and luncheon to be held at a later date. All funeral services are under the direction of and entrusted to the Leber-Lakeside Funeral Home.
