Obituary of Henry Abrahams IV

Henry H. Abrahams IV, of Stanhope, NJ passed away as a result of a motor vehicle accident on Saturday, April 3, 2021. He was 28 years old. "Hank" was born on July 24, 1992 in Denville, NJ. Hank was an apprentice operating engineer with local union #825 and a longtime resident of Stanhope, NJ. He was a 2010 graduate of Lenape Valley High School and enjoyed baseball, quad-racing and motocross. He was a car and truck enthusiast, drift car racer and loved all things diesel fuel. Hank also enjoyed working on his cherished BMW and his Truck. Hank loved and lived life to the fullest and touched the lives of so many people. He basically lived life in the fast lane "balls to the wall" and enjoyed every minute of his time on earth. It's almost impossible to sum up Hank's life. He accomplished so much and had connections all around the nation. He could never sit still and always put 100% effort into everything he did. In the 28 years he lived - he accomplished more than most of us will in our entire lives. Always a smile on his face and there wasn't a mean bone in his body. Everyone who knew him described Hank as the most genuine and caring person they had ever met. The amount of drive and determination he had was unparalleled. Hank also had a strong faith. Hank is survived by his devoted mother, Tatiana "Tania" Novack, his father, Michael Novack, his sister, Alexandra Novack and his maternal grandmother, Anne Tomilen. Additional survivors include loving aunts and uncles; Laura & Michael Luzzi, Sharon & John Hartenfels, Mark Novack, Micki & Randy Coulther, his cousins, Michael Luzzi & his fiancé' Leah, Christina Luzzi, David McLagan, Adam McLagan, Lexie McGowan, Hailey McGowan, Lucas Novack, Mackenzie Novack, Beau Novack and Julia Owens and too many other loving cousins, aunts, uncles and dear friends to mention. He was a "cat dad" to Luna and Buddy and he was pre-deceased by his maternal grandfather, William Tomilen. Hank's Life Celebration will include a private funeral service at Saints Peter and Paul Orthodox Church in Rockaway, NJ. Hank will be laid to rest privately at Saints Peter and Paul Cemetery on Quaker Avenue in Randolph, NJ. All funeral services are under the direction of and entrusted to the Leber-Lakeside Funeral Home.
