Obituary of Michael L. Guerra

Michael L. Guerra of Albrightsville PA (formerly of Landing) passed away Tuesday April 6, 2021 in Newburgh NY. He was 64. Born on August 19, 1956 in Dover NJ to Lester Guerra and the late Theresa (Granato) Guerra, he lived in Landing prior to moving to Albrightsville in 2008. An over the road truck driver with Freehold Cartage in Freehold NJ, Michael enjoyed spending time with his son watching movies, conspiracy theories, time travel, vacationing with his family in Wildwood NJ and learning about all sorts of pick- up trucks. Beloved husband of Kimberly (Giordano) Guerra. Cherished son of Lester Guerra and the late Theresa (Granato) Guerra. Devoted father of Richard Michael Guerra and Jennifer Guerra. Cherished grandfather of PFC Tiffany Murphy, Peyton Quigley and Anthony Quigley. Dear brother of Jane D'Auria (Vincent) and Lester Guerra (Laura). Also survived by niece Heather D'Auria, nephews Vinny D'Auria, Mitchel Guerra and Justin Guerra and great nieces Faith and Kailee. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Michael's Life Celebration on Wednesday April 14 from 3:00PM to 7:00PM at the Leber-Lakeside Funeral Home, 150 Landing Road, Landing. A Prayer Service will begin at 6:30PM. Cremation will be private. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to a charity of a person's choice.
