Obituary of Vincent A. Widmaier, Sr.

Vincent A. Widmaier, Sr. of Netcong passed away Friday May 21, 2021 at home. He was 74. Born in Heilbronn Germany, he was raised in Newark and has lived in Netcong for 42 years. Prior to his retirement, Vincent was an IT Specialist with Nabisco/Kraft in East Hanover. A member of the Stanhope American Legion Post #278, Vincent was an avid motorcycle rider, coin collector and enjoyed oil painting. Beloved husband of Nancy (Fennelly) Widmaier. Devoted father of Steven Widmaier (Jonni), Vincent A Widmaier, Jr. (Lara Hawks), Robert Widmaier (Julie) and the late Michael Widmaier. Loving grandfather of Steven Widmaier II, Jared Widmaier, Jax Widmaier, Silas Widmaier and Seamus Widmaier. Dear brother of Peter Pietrucha (Joanne) and Bridgette Pinto (Vic). Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Vincent’s Life Celebration on Tuesday May 25 from 3:00PM to 7:00PM at the Leber-Lakeside Funeral Home, 150 Landing Road, Landing.
