Obituary of Jeffrey Siadik

Jeffrey Siadik of Sparta passed away Thursday June 17, 2021. He was 53. Born June 20, 1967 in New York NY to the late Stephen and the late Karen (Koops) Siadik, Jeffrey lived in Westwood prior to moving to Sparta in 2015. A superintendent with Burns and McDonnell in Morristown, he enjoyed spending time with his dogs. Jeffrey is survived by his wife Margit (Andres) Siadik, his children Cameron and Delaney Forziati and his brother Stephen Siadik. Arrangements are private.
