Obituary of Raymond M. O'Callaghan

Raymond M. O'Callaghan, 82, of Hillsborough, NJ passed away on Tuesday July 20 at his home. Born in Brooklyn, NY on September 18, 1938 to the late Raymond and Adrienne (O'Malley) O'Callaghan, Raymond resided in Landing, NJ and Belvidere, NJ prior to moving to Hillsborough earlier this year. He served his country proudly in the United States Marine Corps. Raymond was a Textile Chemist for Zenith Dyeing and Finishing in Paterson, NJ. He was an avid reader and an enthusiastic Brooklyn Dodger fan. Raymond was predeceased by his wife Rita (Stock) in 2003. Survivors include five children: Michael and wife Kellie, Mark and wife Jeanne, Sean and wife Lyn, Glenn and wife Eileen and Raymond and wife Lynn, twelve grandchildren, two great grandchildren and a sister Karen Ann O'Callaghan. Raymond's Life Celebration will include a funeral Mass on Monday July 26, 2021 at 11:00 AM at St. Michael's RC Church, 4 Church Street, Netcong, NJ. Burial will follow at Stanhope Union Cemetery in Mt. Olive Township.
