Dear Dave & Family,
I’m sorry to say I didn’t know you had lost JoAnn; I just came across her obituary, and it brought back all the wonderful memories of our times at Horseshoe Lake, years ago.
Sending Iove, hugs & prayers to all of you guys & your families.

The loveliest of ladies! Our family sends our sincere condolences- she will be missed. I remember one time she said to me: 'there is no rest for the wicked or the weary"! I laughed.
I know she will be entertaining in heaven!
Love,
Barb Keefe & Family

Thinking of my Aunt JoAnn and how she indulged me in my love of squirrels, even though she was not a fan of them raiding her bird feeder. She gave me a hilarious photo series she took of a squirrel pulling apart a carved pumpkin face making the face become progressively more distorted with pumpkin seeds spilling out of it The squirrel also made the top look like cat ears. My Aunt was my best friend, mentor, hero and constant cheerleader in life. She was that to so many people who were lucky enough to have known her. Friends I would bring over would say to me, "I wish I had an Aunt JoAnn." She was that special and will remain forever in my heart. Thank you, Aunt JoAnn. ❤️

So sorry for your loss. Aunt JoAnn will be remembered fondly.
A favorite memory of Aunt JoAnn is when we would go crabbing with Uncle Dave and crew. When we would go back to their house, Aunt JoAnn was always waiting with open arms and pots of boiling water waiting to cook the crabs. Aunt JoAnn always had a smile and made everyone feel welcome and loved.

Cousin JoAnn was the kindest, sweetest, most joyous person anyone could ever know! Her beautiful smile and twinkling eyes were matched only by her open and loving heart! I was so very blessed to call her family, and I will miss her dearly. To Dave, Dan, Don, Doug, Dean, Duffy and family, -I wish you peace and comfort during this difficult time. Your Wife/Mom will always be loved and never be forgotten by everyone whose life she touched!!! She was so easy to love and impossible to forget!!!
With Deepest Sympathy,
