Obituary of Annabelle B. Freericks

Annabelle B. Freericks of Hopatcong, NJ passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 12, 2021 at The House of the Good Shepherd Care Center in Hackettstown, NJ surrounded by her loving family. She was 89 years old. Annabelle was born on October 27, 1931 in Brooklyn, NY to the late William and the late Christina (Offermann) Drewes. Mrs. Freericks was an executive assistant employed by Emerson Quiet Kool in Dover, NJ. Annabelle was an active member of Our Savior Lutheran Church in Stanhope, NJ and she proudly served as church’s secretary for many years. She enjoyed sewing, knitting, cross stitch, quilting, cooking and travel. Most importantly, Annabelle was devoted to her family and she cherished her time with them. Annabelle is survived by her daughters, Allison Diamond and Kristine Jackson, her son, Mark Freericks, her grandchildren, Rachael, Benjamin, Sara, Ian, Ashley and Matthew and her great-granddaughter, Harper. She was pre-deceased by her beloved husband, Alfred in 1994. Annabelle will be laid to rest privately with her husband, Alfred at Stanhope Union Cemetery in Mt. Olive Twp. NJ.
