Obituary of Paul B. Albensi

Paul B. Albensi, Sr. of Weatherly, Pa. and formerly of Rockaway, NJ passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 9, 2021 at his sister's home in Rockaway NJ surrounded by his loving family. He was 66 years old. Paul was born on May 4, 1955 in Dover, NJ to late Joseph and the late Elizabeth (DiRupo) Albensi. Paul was a machinist employed by McWilliams Forge in Rockaway, NJ for many years. He would light up the room with his infectious smile. He was a devoted and loving father to his 3 sons. Paul enjoyed watching sports of all kinds. His greatest times were spent with his children and nephews watching them play sports. Paul enjoyed a good meal and his favorite holiday was Thanksgiving because no one could yell at him for over eating. He leaves a lifetime of joyful memories to his family. Paul is survived his by sons, Paul B. Albensi Jr. (Dominique), Joseph Albensi (Krista), and Nicholas Albensi, his sister, Judy Grey (John), 6 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Paul was pre-deceased by his brother, Joseph W. Albensi, Jr. and his sister-in-law, Karen Albensi. Paul's Life Celebration Services will include a Memorial Mass on October 23, 2021 at Sacred Heart RC Church, 4 Richards Avenue, Dover, NJ. The family will receive friends from 10 am until the beginning of the Mass. All services are entrusted to the Leber-Lakeside Funeral Home of Landing, NJ. Paul will be laid to rest in the family plot at St. Mary's Cemetery in Wharton, NJ.
