Obituary of Peter J. Pisano

Peter J. Pisano of Hopatcong, NJ passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 7, 2021 at St. Clare's Hospital in Denville surrounded by his loving family. He was 68 years old. Peter was born on June 5, 1953 in Budd Lake to Helen (nee Castillo) and the late Peter Pisano. Peter was employed by the Mount Olive Township Board of Education for twenty-five years before retiring. Peter enjoyed watching NASCAR but most importantly, he loved spending time with his cherished family and many friends. Peter is survived by his beloved wife of 36 years, Ginny, his mother, Helen Pisano and his siblings, Martha Lynn Haley, Tina Glinski and Michael Pisano, several nieces, nephews and cousins and many dear friends. Peter's Life Celebration will include a Memorial Visitation in the funeral home on Friday October 15 from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm with a Prayer Service offered at 2:30 pm. The family is very appreciative of the Hopatcong Ambulance Squad for the many, many times they responded when Peter required transport and support.
