Obituary of Diane Dorothy Wagner

Diane Dorothy Wagner of Hopatcong passed away Thursday October 28, 2021 at Morristown Medical Center, Morristown. She was 63. Born in Passaic on March 12, 1958 to the late Edward and the late Dorothy (Kapuscinski) Miaskowski, Diane grew up in Lyndhurst. She graduated from St. Michael Elementary School and Queen of Peace High School. She also graduated from Paterson State College with a BA in Communications. She was employed as an administrative assistant with Evonik in Parsippany and lived in Randolph before moving to Hopatcong over 10 years ago. Diane loved her dogs, Woofy, Wendy and Josh and her cat, Asia who came into her life when she needed her most. She also enjoyed motorcycle riding, especially her "Evonik purple" Harley. She is survived by her sister Joan McShane and her brother in law, Larry; her nephew and niece Larry IV and Audrey; her great nephews Michael and Koda and her friends for life, Richard Wilkens and Joe Wenson. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Diane's Life Celebration on Tuesday November 2 from 4:00PM to 8:00PM in the funeral home. A Prayer Service will begin at 7:30PM. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (www.stjude.org).
