Obituary of Joseph Esposito

Joseph Esposito, lifetime resident of Netcong, passed away on Wednesday January 30 2013. He was 75. Born on January 2, 1938, in Netcong, Joe built his home there, raised his family and has resided there his entire life. A well respected mason contractor, Joe was the owner and operator of J.A. Esposito Mason Contractors of Netcong. He was an active member of the Netcong Sports Club participating in many events there, one of which was working at the zeppole stand for the St. Cesario Feast. Joe's biggest joy came when he could spend time with family, especially for holiday meals and traditions. Joe's famous "pizzagaina" on Easter Saturday and Christmas Eve dinner were family favorites. He loved to travel and was especially fond of trips to Atlantic City, Las Vegas and summers with the family at the Jersey Shore. Devoted husband of Linda (Colabella), beloved father of Anthony and wife, Andrea, Joanne Hoover and Steven and wife, Jessica, dearest brother of Anthony and wife, Rosemary and Lynn Marinello and husband Anthony, adoring grandfather of Andrew Harris, Nicholas Anthony and Allison Sadie Esposito and of Carly Rose and Shane Joseph Hoover. Joe is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
