Obituary of Vincent Marquart

Vincent Marquart, 57, of Mt. Arlington passed away peacefully on Thursday December 9, 2021 at his home.

Born in Dover, NJ on March 27, 1964 to Edward Marquart, Jr. and the late Antoinette Casamassina, Vinny grew up in Hopatcong and resided in Hackettstown prior to moving to Mt. Arlington. He was employed for 35 years as a foreman and office manager at Denville Line Painting in Denville, NJ. Vinny loved to travel, visit museums and go on hikes. He was also fond of smoking a good cigar from time to time. He loved fitness and was always up for a new adventure. Vinny was a passionate Pittsburgh Steelers fan.

Vinny was predeceased by his mother Antoinette, brother Edward, III and sister, Linda.

Survivors include his son Angelo and his mother Santina, fiancé Mindy Doktor, father Edward, Jr. and brothers Christopher and his wife Joanne and Thomas and his wife Monica. Vinny is also survived by nieces and nephews Craig, Samantha, Emily and Christopher.

Vinny's Life Celebration will include visiting on Monday December 13, 2021 from 4:00 – 8:00 PM at the Leber-Lakeside Funeral Home, 150 Landing Road, Landing, NJ. A family eulogy will be shared at 7:30 PM Monday evening. All other arrangements are private.
