Obituary of Michael Roy

Michael Roy of Mt. Arlington passed away Thursday March 17, 2022 at Overlook Medical Center in Summit.

He was 69.

Born on October 28, 1952 in Worchester, England, to the late Vladimir and the late Annemarie (Henkel) Roy, Michael came to the United States at the age of 3. He lived in West Paterson prior to moving to Mt. Arlington 15 years ago.

Prior to his retirement, he was a millwright with Millwrights Local  715 in Cranford. He enjoyed collecting antiques, building and fixing things and spending time in his yard.

Devoted father of James Roy and Rebecca Ayoubi. Loving grandfather of Jack and Jameson Roy and Ella and Harper Ayoubi. Dear brother of Victoria Patti.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Michael’s Life Celebration on Saturday March 26 from 12:00PM to 1:00PM in the funeral home. A Prayer Service will begin at 1:PM.

Cremation was private.
