Obituary of Robert J. Domanski

Robert J. Domanski of Mt. Arlington passed away Friday May 6, 2022 at Morristown Medical Center, Morristown.

He was 79.

Born on February 8, 1943 to the late Adam and the late Anna (Balavage) Domanski in Wilkes Barre PA, he has lived in Mt. Arlington for over 55 years.

Prior to his retirement, Robert was an ammunition engineer for quality and testing assurance with Picatinny Arsenal. He was an avid fisherman, hunter and golfer who enjoyed spending time with family. He especially enjoyed his time golfing and fishing with his grandchildren and watching all their sporting events.

Beloved husband of the late Joeanne E. (Parker) Domanski. Beloved father of Christine Thomas (William) and Michele Applegit (Mark). Loving grandfather of Ryan and Nicholas Thomas and Matthew and Megan Applegit. Dear brother of Lucille Wasilewski. Also survived ny nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Robert's Life Celebration on Tuesday May 10 from 3:00PM to 7:00PM at the Leber-Lakeside Funeral Home, 150 Landing Road, Landing.

A Funeral Mass will be offered on Wednesday May 11 at 10:30AM at Our Lady of the Lake RC Church, Mt. Arlington. All are invited to meet directly at church.

Following mass, Robert will be laid to rest with his wife Joeanne in the Locust Hill Cemetery, Dover.
