Obituary of Jane C. Vitulli

Jane Catherine Vitulli of Mt. Arlington, NJ passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 18, 2022 at Morristown Medical Center surrounded by her loving family. She was 74 years old. Jane was born on April 16, 1948 in Brooklyn, New York to the late John and the late Helen (Morrisey) Kennedy.

Jane is survived by her beloved husband of 52 years, Joseph; her daughter, Deirdre Collins and husband, James; her son, Jarrett Vitulli and wife, Michelle; her cherished grandchildren, Joseph, Ella, Chase, Noah, Sean, Drew and Nick. Additional survivors include her siblings, John, William, Michael, Stephen and Joan.

Jane and Joe moved to Monroe Township, New Jersey in 1969 to raise their family and that same year met their life-long, dear friends. They resided in Monroe for 34 years. In 2004, they moved to Brick, New Jersey and Jane loved having her grandchildren over to swim and enjoy the water. In 2021, they moved to Mount Arlington, New Jersey.

Jane loved all the holidays, particularly Christmas. She enjoyed the planning, decorating, shopping and preparation and all the joy it brought to her grandchildren. Jane also loved the New York Yankees and Jane and Joe were season ticket holders for many years. She loved to travel with her husband and close friends. Some of her favorite places were Ireland, Paris, Italy, Israel and Spain.

Jane was employed by the Freehold Court System for 25 years where she retired as the Court Administrator, a position she held for ten years.

Jane's Life Celebration Services will include a Memorial Gathering on Wednesday, June 29th at 11:00 AM at the First Presbyterian Church of Cranbury, 22 S Main St, Cranbury, NJ 08512. Family and friends are invited to meet directly at the Church.
