Obituary of Violetta P. Jentzen

Violetta P. Jentzen, 70, of Kearny passed away on Sunday October 22, 2022 at Forest Manor Care Center in Frelinghuysen Township, NJ.

Born on December 3, 1951 in West Virginia, Violetta resided in Hopatcong, Budd Lake and Andover prior to moving to Frelinghuysen 6 months ago. Violetta was a homemaker. She loved to dance, especially to Spanish music.

Survivors include three sons Vito and wife Melissa, Anthony and wife Maureen and Vincent and wife Karen, six grandchildren, boyfriend Anthony Capozzoli, three sisters Theresa Ewart, Josephine Melani and Tadea Skowronski and a brother John Rodriguez.

Violetta's Life Celebration will include visiting on Thursday October 27th from 4:00-8:00 PM at the Leber-Lakeside Funeral Home, 150 Landing Road, Landing, NJ. A Catholic prayer service will be offered on Friday October 28th beginning at 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Violetta will be laid to rest at Stanhope Union Cemetery in Mt. Olive Township.
