Obituary of Richard Raymond Wagner Jr.

Richard Raymond Wagner, Jr., 50, of the Cranberry Lake section of Byram Township passed away on Sunday December 11, 2022.

Born in Newton, NJ on July 14, 1972 to Ruth (Pellegrino) Wagner and the late Richard Wagner, "Ricky" resided in Byram Township for many years. He was the owner/operator of Pro's Approach Bowling Academy and Pro Shop in Sparta, NJ.

Ricky was an accomplished professional bowler, affiliate member of the Professional Bowlers Association, an avid collector of sports memorabilia, especially baseball cards and member of the Budd Lake Hilltop Gun Club. Ricky's greatest joy was spending time with his family and friends.

Survivors include his daughter Ashley Ciampaglio and husband Matthew, mother Ruth Wagner, sisters Robin Raabe and husband Saul and Rosemary Lang and husband Jim and partner Heather Baer and children Shane and Patrick. Also surviving are nephew and niece Jack and Kate Lang and niece Samantha.

Ricky's Life Celebration will include visiting on Friday December 16, 2022 from 3:00-7:00 PM at Leber-Lakeside Funeral Home, 150 Landing Road, Landing, NJ. Prayer service will be offered at 6:30 PM Friday evening at the funeral home. All other arrangements are private.
