Obituary of Chun Sheng Chen

Chun Sheng Chen of Landing passed away Thursday December 22, 2022 peacefully at his home.

He was 83.

Born in the late 1930's in China, his family fled the communist rule of Mao Tse Tung and settled in Taiwan when he was a young boy. He came to the US in the 1960's to continue his education and earned his master's from the University of Connecticut.

Chun enjoyed traveling, reading, fishing, gourmet food and both classical and country music. He had a passion for airplanes, astronomy, space flight and both the NY Knicks and Mets.

Beloved husband of Jeannie. Devoted father of Amy, Gregory and Alex. Dear brother of Paul, Henry, Ching-Ching, Gloria and Joannie. Loving grandfather of 7 grandchildren.
