Obituary of Scott Baird

Scott Baird of Landing, NJ passed away on Friday, February 3, 2023 at Morristown Medical Center. He was 74.

Born on June 20, 1948 in Springfield, MA to the late John Graham Baird and the late Madeline (Morrison) Baird, he lived in Livingston prior to moving to the Lake Hopatcong area 25-30 years ago.

Prior to his retirement, Scott was a successful sales associate with Signal Sign Company in Livingston.

He enjoyed animals (Buddy, Lily), nature, horse racing and sports. Scott was proudly a three-sport athlete (golf, hockey, soccer) while at American International College. 

Devoted father of Kimberly Shank (Stuart), Ian Baird (Marlena) and Derek Baird. Loving grandfather of Isla, Madeline, Samantha, Jonah and Cameran.

Cremation arrangements are private.

Memorial donations may be made to a charity of a person’s choice.
