Obituary of Kathryn Alice Gorman

Kathryn Alice Gorman of Mt. Hope passed away Thursday, May 4, 2023 at St. Clare's Hospital, Denville.

She was 76.

Born on February 25, 1947 in Dover to the late Frank and the late Eileen (Mullen) Marks, she lived in Roswell Georgia prior to moving back to Mt. Hope 8 years ago.

Prior to her retirement, Kathy was a project manager with General Electric in Roswell Georgia.

She loved going on cruises, seeing plays in NYC, anything Disney, making everyone laugh, spending time with family and loved her Irish heritage and everything Irish.

Beloved wife of Kenneth W. Gorman, Sr. (47 years). Devoted mother of Belinda Gorman and Kenneth Gorman, Jr. (Beth). Cherished grandmother of Robert Satterthwaite (Kaityln) and Isabella Satterthwaite. Loving great grandmother of Katalina and Rio Satterthwaite. Dear sister of Robert Marks (Kim), Jack Marks (Rita), Jaime Marks (Mary), Coleen Schlaffer, Lynn Marks Kehoe Brown and the late Daniel Marks. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Kathy's Life Celebration on Wednesday, May 10, 2023 from 4:00PM to 8:00PM in the funeral home. A Legion Family Service will begin at 7:15PM followed by a Prayer Service.

Cremation will be private.
