Obituary of Anthony Christopher Ciccone

Anthony Christopher Ciccone, 33, died peacefully at home on May 14, 2023. Born and raised in Hopatcong, he loved the lake life.  Nicknamed “Frank,” he lived life to the fullest. He was the loving son of Pasquale Ciccone, Sr. and Ivana Ciccone (Spiniello). Amazing brother to Nicholas Ciccone and wife Annmarie, and Pasquale Ciccone and wife Danielle. Beloved uncle to Vail Marie and Nico. Grandson of Camille Ciccone and the late Nicholas Ciccone, Annibale and Maria Spiniello. Anthony was blessed with his loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Anthony could be spotted wearing his Grateful Dead t-shirts and colorful shades. He enjoyed cruising Lake Hopatcong on his boat, fishing and searching for those rare treasures for his one-of-a-kind home. Anthony had an upbeat personality, always had a smile on his face and a caring heart for all he knew.

Anthony’s Life Celebration will include visitation on Thursday, May 18 from 4:00-8:00 PM at Leber-Lakeside Funeral Home, 150 Landing Road, Landing, NJ.  A family eulogy will be offered at 7:30 PM Thursday evening at the funeral home. All other services will be private. 

Anthony held many people close to his heart. The family asks in order to share your special relationship with Anthony that you bring your favorite photo of him to be displayed. In lieu of flowers, please consider memorial donations to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital at www.stjude.org.
