I rode the school bus with Mike and Darleen over Kingtown Mountain all the years we went to Roxbury together. They had that long walk from their house to Route 46 where the bus stopped. Those bus rides will always be a part of my school memories! So sorry to hear of Mike's passing. Robin McNear Bourlier

Mike was A wonderful co-worker that always enjoyed talking to customers and co-workers alike, He will truly be missed at Towne Toyota. Mike always showed his knowledge of cars and sports to all of us at Towne and had a huge heart towards others. I enjoyed my 18 plus years working with him.. God Bless him and give his Family the strength to continue with their lives.

Dear Family. I am so sorry for your loss. To my cousin Adrienne, her sons Jarrett and Austin, their Nana Jan, and Mike’s family. I met your father all those years ago. He made such a strong impression, with a fine sense of humor. Not only was he fun to talk with, he was so darn good looking! All you need to do is look in the mirror. I was at your mom’s wedding, before you were born. Before your beloved sister. We danced the night away. Time goes so quickly when there’s joy, and so agonizingly slow when there is sorrow. Life gives us both. Hold the light and positive memories in your heart. Let our departed guide you in the lessons they’ve taught us. ❤️I love you all so much. Yvette, Iva, and the twins.

I worked with Mike at the shop from 86-97 and am so very very sorry for your loss and for the loss of a very dear friend. Mike was a constant friend and source of laughter, he was a problem solver and appropriately realistic about the way a thing, any thing was going to go. He never locked his tool box and encouraged me and taught me to DIY my way through those lean first years as an adult. I was 18 when I was hired there and count Mike as one of those surrogate older brothers that every young man needs. I appreciate what kind of friend Mike was to me and to others in the shop. I only remember arguing with him once….and in a shop, that’s sayin’ something (and it was my fault by the way :) ).
Mike, I love you and I’m very sorry that you’re gone. I’m very happy to have known you, am so glad you were there every time I visited over the years and am a better man because of our friendship. To your family, I send my condolences and my sorrow for their loss.
