Obituary of Lara Emanuele

Lara Emanuele 46, of Randolph, New Jersey passed away.

   Born on August 9, 1976 in Union, NJ to the late Paul A. and Janet A. (Jacko) Hoffmann, Jr.  Lara grew up in Blairstown, NJ and graduated from North Warren Regional High School.  She went on to Seton Hall University where she earned a B.A. in Elementary and Special Education.  Lara received her M.A. in Special Education from Centenary University.

    Lara was a New Jersey public school teacher for 25 years working in the Hackettstown School District and the Morris School District.  She was an exceptionally dedicated teacher who was highly respected by her co-workers, students and parents.  Lara went above and beyond for her students.

  Lara was a dog lover and advocate for rescue dogs having four of her own. She also was an avid reader and loved to travel.   

  She is survived by her husband, Brian Thomas Emanuele; sister Janetann De Jong and husband Edward W.; stepmother Alice Vega – Hoffmann; stepbrother Joey Consalvo; stepsister: Angela Sutton, husband Shawn and their children.

  Cremation arrangements are private.
