Obituary of Tracy Hosler

Tracy Hosler, 63, of the Lake Lackawanna section of Byram Township passed away peacefully on Thursday December 21, 2023 at Hackettstown Medical Center.

Born on July 3, 1960 in Morristown, NJ to the late John and the late Janice (Wicks) Hosler, Tracy has resided in Lake Lackawanna since 1988. Tracy was a graduate of Lenape Valley Regional High School. He was an Insurance Agent for the Togno Agency.

Tracy loved fishing. He was a passionate supporter of NY Giants football. In his younger years, Tracy was an exceptional athlete. Tracy was well-known for generously volunteering his time to coach baseball with the Hobb Engler Little League in Byram Township, as well as various travel baseball organizations. His favorite pastime was sitting outside with his dog "Scruffy". Tracy's greatest joy was his family and he was especially fond of attending his children's sporting events.

Survivors include his beloved wife of 37 years; Regina (Mazzei), five children; Shane (Christa), Christopher, Daniel, Cameron and Maggie, grandson; Hudson, sister; Cheryl and her husband; Bobby LaManna, brother; Scott and his wife; Karen and father-in-law; Gerald Mazzei. Also surviving are many cousins, nieces, nephews and close friends.

Tracy's Life Celebration will include a memorial visitation on Friday December 29, 2023 from 5:00-8:00 PM at Leber-Lakeside Funeral Home, 150 Landing Road, Landing, NJ 07850. A prayer service will be offered at 7:30 PM at the funeral home. The remainder of services will be private.
