Debra and family, I wish you peace during these sad times. I celebrate John by remembering him as a great leader and kind a human being. I never forget him calling me by name when I was only 3 days new to my role at Siemens and asking me how my training was going. I could not believe that a leader of his ranking knew me by may name. Leaders like John are rare these days. He was kind and made every one feel like a leader, part of his team and equal to others. Even in tough situations, he would always deliver his message with a smile. He lead the organization in a such a way that everyone wanted to do better, make an impact and continue to grow. He will be missed by all of us who have come to know him. May he rest in peace and knowing him, he is smiling even though he may not be happy leaving you all behind.
