Dear Aunt Barbara, Jamie, John, and the Niedzinski family...
I am deeply saddened by the loss of Uncle John. Although it had unfortunately been too long since I last saw him, I remember vividly Uncle John sitting out back at the house in Andover. I came up to him and mentioned that he looked great but had lost a few pounds. He smiled and said "Yeah, but just remember I can still kick your ass." :) He said it with a laugh, a smile, and a handshake. He was always friendly and fun to be around. He was always a great uncle to me.. And that's how I will always remember him. Peace

Beloved brother, beloved John, I first made your acquaintance in late September 1950 a few days after you entered this world. I remember your wrinkly face, your squinty eyes and the bit of reddish hair that crept from beneath the little blue knit cap atop your head as Mom placed you on the green Army blanket on the bed in Gramps's room in Tappan Street.
