Obituary of Lisa Marie Watrous

Lisa Marie Watrous, 57, of Roxbury Township, NJ passed away peacefully on Monday March 4, 2024 at her home surrounded by loved ones.

Born on July 13, 1966 in Denville, NJ to the late James Sullivan III and the late Lucita (Ciresi) Sullivan, Lisa resided in Hopatcong prior to moving to Roxbury Township 26 years ago. Lisa was a graduate of Hopatcong High School and Dover Business School. She held many occupations in the medical field.

Lisa's greatest joy was spending time with family and friends. Lisa's hobbies included gardening, going to the beach, spending time with her dogs and was a great cook.

In addition to her parents, Lisa was predeceased by her brother James Sullivan IV.

Survivors include her husband; Richard Watrous I, son; Richard Watrous II and his wife; Nadja Boulger-Watrous, daughter Meaghan Watrous and her fiancé; Austin Cole, daughter; Nicolle Watrous, grandchildren; Finnley Boulger, Elinor Boulger, and Raelynn Cole, sister; Mary Beth Wenrich and her husband; Bill and brother; Michael Sullivan and his wife; Syeda. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews.

Lisa's Life Celebration will include visiting hours on Friday March 8, 2024 from 4:00 – 8:00 PM at Leber-Lakeside Funeral Home, 150 Landing Road, Landing, NJ. A funeral Mass will be offered on Saturday March 9, 2024 beginning at 9:30 AM at St. Jude RC Church, 40 Maxim Drive, Hopatcong. Lisa will be laid to rest at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in East Hanover, NJ.
