Obituary of Nicole L. Travers

Nicole L. Travers of Landing, NJ passed away peacefully on Friday, June 28, 2024 at the University Hospital in Newark, NJ surrounded by her loving family. She was 37 years old. Nicole was born on January 20, 1987 in Belleville, NJ.

Nicole was a 2007 graduate of the Berkley College of Fashion. The fashion industry was her life and her passion. Nicole worked for several famous fashion firms throughout her career. Nicole was the ultimate NY Giants and NY Mets Fan but most importantly, she loved spending time with her cherished family and many dear friends.

Nicole is survived by her loving and devoted parents, Brian and Susan (nee Hodgson), her sister, Andrea and her brother, Steven and many additional extended relatives. She was pre-deceased by her grandparents, George and Lorraine Hodgson and Raymond and Thelma Travers.

Nicole 's Life Celebration Services will include a Visitation on Friday, July 5th from 3:00 to 7:00 pm at Leber-Lakeside Funeral Home, 150 Landing Road, Landing, NJ. There will be a Catholic Prayer Service offered on Saturday, July 6th at 10:00 am also at the Funeral Home. Nicole will be laid to rest at Holy Cross Cemetery in North Arlington, NJ immediately following the Prayer Service.
