Obituary of Edward J. Jennings
Edward J. Jennings, of Ledgewood, passed away Monday September 10 at Holly Manor Nursing Home in Mendham. He was 84.
Born on April 16, 1928 in Jersey City to the late Edward and Helen Jennings, Edward resided in the Landing section of Roxbury before moving to the Ledgewood section 15 years ago. Edward served in the United States Army during WWII and worked as an engineer for the Erie Lackawanna Railroad in New Jersey. He was a member of the Ever Young Seniors of Roxbury, enjoyed reading and model trains and was an avid baseball fan, especially fond of his beloved New York Yankees.
Devoted companion of Selma Kaufer, dear brother of Maurice J. Dalton and beloved uncle of various nieces and nephews.
