Obituary of Conrad Mauthe

Conrad Mauthe of Hopatcong passed away Friday September 7, 2012 at home. He was 91. Born in Cliffside Park, he lived in Paramus before moving to Hopatcong in 1960. Conrad was an employee with Bendix Aviation in Teterboro and was the owner for 35 years of the Ridge Restaurant in Hopatcong. He retired in 1993. A World War II Army Air Corp Veteran, he was a member of the Morris County Distinguished Military Service. He enjoyed golf, football, aviation, antique cars and big band music. Beloved husband of Janice (nee: Neggia). Devoted father of Elyse Dunne and Janice Mikitik and her husband Michael. Loving grandfather of Todd Blohm, Derek and Kyle Mikitik and the late Eric Conrad Blohm (2010).
