Obituary of Jerry Kyzek

Jerry Kyzek of Mt. Arlington passed away Sunday August 26, 2012 at home. He was 64. Born in Cadca Slovakia, he lived in Queens New York prior to moving to Mt. Arlington 19 years. Jerry was an air conditioning technician with Falk Technical Service in New York, NY. Beloved husband of Anna (nee: Urbankova) Kyzek. Devoted father of Caroline Ann Kyzek. Cherished son of Margita (nee: Strbova) Kyzekova and the late Stefan Kyzek. Also survived by four brothers.
