Obituary of Louis A. Silverio

Louis A. Silverio, 51, of Hopatcong passed away Tuesday April 10, 2012 at St. Clare's Hospital, Dover. Born in Sao Paulo, Brazil, coming to the United States in 1967, he grew up in Hillside, NJ and has lived in Hopatcong since 2000. Louis was a customer service manager for Sovereign Bank in Randolph. He enjoyed cooking, dancing, food shopping, listening to music, casinos, flowers and cleaning. He is predeceased by his father Amancio, a brother Antonio and a sister Laura. Survivors include his partner of 17 years Tom Hill, his mother Nair Silverio, his siblings Maria Castles and her husband Michael, Jose Silverio and his wife Marlene, Roseangela Armenti and her husband Gary, Lucia Silverio, Claire Cavalcanti and her husband Ari and Sandra Silverio and her companion Bob Grafer. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Louis's Life Celebration on Saturday April 14 from 11:00AM to 3:00PM at the Leber-Lakeside Funeral Home, 150 Landing Road, Landing. A prayer service will be held at 2:30PM. Cremation was held privately. For those desiring memorial donations in his memory may be made to the Carol G.
