Obituary of Victoria Maria Serafini

Victoria Maria (nee: Giannantonio) Serafini of Stanhope passed away Tuesday January 10, 2012 at Compassionate Care Hospice, Dover. She was 87. Born in Anversa Italy to the late Costanzo and Eugenia Giannantonio she came to the United States at the age of 7. She lived in Netcong before moving to Stanhope 50 years ago. Victoria was a homemaker and an avid cook who enjoyed her family. Warm and compassionate, she was considered to be her family's matriach. She enjoyed broadway plays and old movies. Beloved wife of 59 years of Antonio. Devoted mother of Silvana Milch and her husband Michael. Dear sister of Edmondo Giannantonio and his late wife Ana, John Giannantonio and his wife Frances and Phyllis Mastrangioli and her husband Gino. Also survived by nieces and nephews: John Giannantonio, Jr., Janine and Geoff Adams, Brittany and Kaitlyn Adams, Anthony Mastrangioli, MaryJean and Richard Dayermanjian, Rocco LaCivita and Angelo LaCivita. Sister in law of Maria LaCivita and her late husband Francesco.
