Obituary of Alice E. Ives

Alice E. (nee: Krugler) Ives of Hopatcong passed away Tuesday November 15, 2011 at Compassionate Care Hospice, Dover. She was 86. Born in New York, NY, she has lived in Hopatcong for over 50 years. She worked in central supply in Dover General Hospital for 25 years. Alice "lived" for her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren and enjoyed singing, dancing, laughing and working in her rock garden. Beloved wife of the late Jack Ives (1980). Devoted mother of Deborah Weber and her husband Bob, Annette Buskirk and Jack William Ives and his wife Marie Zieger. Cherished grandmother of Jack Buskirk, Cynthia (Weber) Sosa and her husband Angelo, Robert Weber and his wife Jessica and Scott Weber and his wife Theresa. Cherished great grandmother of AJ Sosa, Alyssa Sosa, Molli Sosa, Tommy Sosa, Mason Weber, Dalton Weber, Jaxon Weber, Kelsey Weber, Lexi Weber and Lacey Weber. Dear sister of Rita Montiel and her significant other Michael and the late Helen and the late Elvina "Sis". Also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, close friends and the family dog Patches Weber.The family requests visitors to services to please dress in vibrant colors in celebration of Alice's life.
