Obituary of Dorothy Mae Robinson

Dorothy Mae (nee: Livingston) Robinson of Lake Hopatcong passed away Sunday October 9, 2011 at her daughter's home in Lake Hopatcong. She was 92. Born in Hamlet North Carolina, she lived in North Carolina before moving to Lake Hopatcong in 1946. A homemaker, she served in the Army stationed at Lettermans Hospital in San Francisco CA. A member of the United Methodist Church of Lake Hopatcong, Dorothy loved gardening, flowers and baking. She is a past member of the Jefferson Twp. Fire Co. #2 Ladies Auxiliary. Beloved wife of the late George William, Jr. Devoted mother of John and his wife Esther of Brentwood TN., Brenda Agamie-Fisch and her husband Mark of Lake Hopatcong, Betty Jo and the late Billy and Tommy. Loving grandmother of Jessica (Robinson) Herndon and her husband Tucker of Brentwood TN., Tucker Robinson of Los Angeles CA., Justin Agamie of Lake Hopatcong and Jordan Agamie of Aspen CO. Cherished great grandmother of Morgan Tucker Herndon of Brentwood TN. Dear sister of Belton Livingston and his wife Audrey of Columbia SC, Cora Lukehart of Columbus GA, Dora Adcox of Normandy TN and the late Walter Livingston, Eunice Odom, John Livingston and Beulah Mae Livingston. Dear sister-in-law of Sara Livingston of Hamlet NC. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend visiting on Wednesday October 12 from 2-4 & 6-8PM at the Leber-Lakeside Funeral Home, 150 Landing Road, Landing followed by a Prayer Service at 8:00PM. All are invited to gather at the funeral home at 9:30AM on Thursday October 13 for departure to Cedar Lawn Cemetery in Paterson where the interment will take place.
