Grandma, it's been just about 8 years now that you have passed. I miss you so much. All the things you should have been there for, all the years you missed already, all the changes the entire family made. I wish more than anything you could have met baby Trevor alive, but I know he is up there with you with dad and pop pop. It's amazing what things can happen while years pass and I wish you could have been there for those times. Life was simpler when you were around to talk to. I love you so much and I will never forget about you or the things you taught me and the laughs you gave me. 2 more days and it will be dad's death date and I just hope he made you proud while he was here. Rest easy grandma. Forever missing you, forever thinking about you no matter how much time has passed. Please watch over me.

Words cannot express the deep sense of loss of "Momma Moe". She was the most kind-hearted, caring woman I have ever known. On the road of life our paths crossed and I was blessed to call her my friend. We laughed, we cried, we bickered...all in the name of friendship. My heart goes out to Sean, Wolf, Wolfie, Shannon, Tori...and especially John and Kelly.
Poet laureate Maya Anjelou said, "Regardless of your relationship with your parents, you'll miss them when they're gone from your life."
You're at peace now, Moe. We are the ones who remain to suffer and struggle with the gift we call life.
With much love and tears,
Lauren
