Obituary of Eileen Bishop

Eileen Bishop, of Hopatcong, passed away on Tuesday May 13 at Hackettstown Regional Medical Center. She was 48. Born in Denville on May 30, 1965 to the late Charles, Sr. and Barbara Jordan, Eileen grew up in Parsippany and has resided in Hopatcong for 17 years. Eileen worked as an insurance examiner for Exam One. She was a devoted wife, mother, aunt and sister whose greatest joy was spending time with her family and watching her children grow. Eileen also was passionate about her job. Loving wife of Roy, Beloved mother of Lauren, Joshua and Dylan and dearest sister of Carolyn Luisi and husband Luca, Charles Jordan, Jr. and wife Donna, Thomas Jordan and wife Ann and Stephen Jordan. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to celebrate Eileen's life on Saturday May 17 from 8:30am - 10:30am at Leber-Lakeside Funeral Home, Landing. A memorial mass will immediately follow at 11:00 am at Our Lady of the Lake Church, 8 Windemere Avenue, Mt. Arlington. Cremation was held privately. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Hopatcong Borough Animal Shelter, 111 River Styx Rd., Hopatcong. Please indicate "In Memory of Eileen Bishop" when donating.
